PLANNING VACATION WEEKS
Be sure you are submitting your request according to the time requirements which is a minimum of 90 days prior to the vacation and in the case of holidays and special events, 180 days prior to the vacation.
The Vacation Station books our members in studio, one, two and three bedroom units in most premier resort areas.
As with all of our condo reservations you will be receiving the actual wholesale rate with no commissions added on.
Have all of the necessary information available to you when you start your Vacation Week search. Select your resort areas, try to be as flexible as possible, many times, multiple destinations are listed.
Select your vacation dates. Arrival dates are normally Saturday although some resorts and areas may have Friday or Sunday arrival dates. You will enter the first date of your vacation week and the listings will start with that date and list availability from that date forward.
Determine how many people will be traveling. Remember, a studio will accommodate two people, a one bedroom will accommodate two to four people, a two bedroom will accommodate four to six people, and a three bedroom, when available, will accommodate six to eight people.
PLEASE REMEMBER — Each property must adhere to fire codes and occupancy laws. If you attempt to check-in with more people than allowed you may not be admitted.
Note…. If you plan on flying to your vacation area we recommend NOT purchasing airline tickets until you have been confirmed. The Vacation Station will not be held responsible for airline tickets that do not match confirmed dates or areas.
