How Rebates Work

 Rental Cars, Cruise Fares*, Tours, and Vacation Packages are all eligible for rebate.

All Travel Must Be Booked With Our Travel Agents

The only exception is cars which you have the option of booking on this website at our hotels.com link. Just click "Book Online" at the top upper left hand side of the home page.

Rebate forms can be found on the Home page under "Forms". Instructions on completing them and where to send them can be found at the bottom of the forms.

Here are a few things to keep in mind so that the rebate process goes smoothly for you:

  1. With car rebate requests, you must submit a confirmation that shows payment and the base nightly rate before taxes and fees. This should be accompanied by a completed rebate form. ( A reservation confirmation that does not show payment or the base rate before taxes is not sufficient.)
  2. Cruises, Tours and Vacation Package rebate requests must be accompanied by the quote/rebate grid that our travel agent sent you, along with your final payment confirmation.
  3. Rebate requests need to be submitted no later than thirty days after your date of travel in order to be eligible for payment. Rebate checks are mailed to you approximately thirty days after we receive them.

 

Rebates that are not submitted correctly can be delayed. We LOVE sending you those checks, so if you have any questions on the correct procedure, contact us at 877-642-8747 , ext 3 and we will be happy to assist you.   We recommend that you keep copies of what you send and the date you send them. We are happy to research any circumstance where the rebate has not arrived in the estimated time frame and expedite payment where appropriate.
 
*In some instances, an approved value-add is offered in lieu of a rebate. Offers vary by cruise line, length of voyage and type of stateroom booked.
