We ask you to please check our website link to hotels.com before booking your reservations. If you do not find your hotel on Hotels.com  please contact our Travel Services department and one of our Travel Agents will assist you. You can reach them at 1-877-642-8747.  

All hotel bookings are rebated off of the nightly rates listed, excluding taxes.   You will still pay the same amount in taxes/fees.  You will not receive a receipt from the hotels.com.  YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION IS YOUR RECEIPT. IF YOU BOOK DIRECTLY WITH A HOTEL YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THEIR RECEIPT. AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT FROM THE HOTEL IS DOCUMENTATION FOR YOUR REBATE.

All car rentals are also rebated off of the base rate listed, excluding any taxes, fees, or add-ons. 

Flights are not rebated.  If you are traveling internationally, please call our travel services department (877-642-8747) and they will check with our air consolidators to find the lowest price.
